Advanced Yoga – Hatha Yoga Level 2

If you want to deepen your Yoga practices and wish to learn the Spiritual aspects of Yoga, the Level 2 program is for you. It is an intensive traditional Hatha Yoga course that focuses on deeper learning of each asana posture, Pranayama, meditation, spiritual texts and Sutras, Kriyas and introduction to Ayurveda.
